Time to sort the roofline?

Rotten fascias let water into the roof edge and pull your guttering out of line — and once rot spreads, it only gets more expensive. New uPVC boards look sharp, never need painting and protect the roof for good.

  • Peeling paint and soft, rotten timber fascias
  • Sagging guttering pulling away from the roof edge
  • Discoloured or cracked uPVC boards
  • Birds or pests getting into the roof space
  • Damp or staining at the top of exterior walls
  • A tired roofline letting the whole house down

Do it once, do it together

Because your guttering hangs off the fascia, replacing the boards is the perfect moment to renew the guttering as well — one lot of access, one tidy finish, one guarantee.

Choose from white, black, grey and woodgrain finishes to match your home.

Fascias & soffits FAQs

Do you replace fascias, soffits and guttering together? +
Yes — it's often the sensible way to do it. The fascia carries your guttering, so if the boards are being renewed it's the ideal time to fit new guttering too. We can quote for boards only, or boards and guttering as one job.
What are fascias and soffits for? +
The fascia is the board along the roof edge that the guttering fixes to; the soffit is the board underneath, closing off the gap between the wall and the roof edge. Together they protect the roof timbers from weather and provide ventilation into the roof space.
Should I repair or replace them? +
Timber fascias and soffits that are only slightly weathered can sometimes be repaired and repainted, but once rot has set in, replacement with maintenance-free uPVC is usually the better long-term answer. We'll tell you honestly which stage yours are at.
Will new uPVC fascias need painting? +
No — that's the main benefit. Quality uPVC fascias and soffits don't rot and never need painting; an occasional wipe-down keeps them looking fresh. They're available in white, black, grey and woodgrain finishes to suit your home.
How long does the job take? +
Replacing the fascias, soffits and bargeboards on a typical house usually takes one to a few days depending on the size of the property and whether guttering is being renewed at the same time. We'll give you a timescale with your quote.

We provide fascia and soffit work across Doncaster, Rotherham, Barnsley, Worksop and the wider Doncaster area.
